My Approach
My goal during our counselling sessions is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place where my clients can explore their life experiences.
I will ensure and provide a collaborative, safe and inclusive environment to all of my clients.
Every session is designed to create a
non-judgmental, supportive space to allow the freedom to explore the areas of your life that you find challenging, without the stress and pressures of being judged.
Together we can identify the problems and issues life brings us and explore ways to develop the coping skills and strategies to reduce these stressors.
We will work towards developing an attainable plan, reaching personal goals to increase wellness and reduce stress.
It is through the counselling process that my clients are able to start recognizing their strengths and resilience.
Using a client-centered, strength-based approach I will utilize many research-supported approaches that best fit the client.
I use the following modalities:
